Papa Clark (Head
Chicken Cook, Master in all phases of chickenry, Presidente')
Hailing from Englewood, Florida, he grew up fishing, all those
famous fishing spots before they were famous, and can
remember when snook was on the menu. With over 50 years of
experience in bbq, his expertise is invaluable to Team
Unknown.

JW (Head Pork and
Rib Cook, head chairman of finance)
Master in all phases of ribs and pork mastery. A veteran
of the Polk County penal system, JW found God, changed his
ways and dedicated his life to competition bbq. JW is
his name, ribs and pork are his game. Jason says, "sometimes things need killin' cause a ass whuppin' just wont do."

Leroy (Head
Pork and Rib Cook, vice chairman)
Master in all phases of ribs and pork mastery, a
favorite with the ladies of the bbq smoke filled nights. Leroy does the Lord's work and the Devil's subcontracting, place
of birth Auburndale, Florida.

Dorsey (Head
Brisket Cook, vice president)
Master in all phases of brisketry, his four favorite
things are "moonshine," "hamb," "bbq," and "chemically
imbalanced women." Place of birth, Winter Haven Hospital.

Jeanguenat (chair-silent man)
Hailing from Orange County, Florida, Mark grew up on the mean
streets of Texas Avenue in Orlando. Mark's favorite toys are
guitars and guns, and he can get dinner with either one. He began his studies in paleontology at the age of 13; he got tired of diggin when he found the gaffi stick in
Madagascar in a cold wet cave.
Then took up the study of the mind and how with the gaffi stick he could change things,
alter, if you will.
his hobbies are sky diving, wakeboarding, hot air ballooning, pro kite flying, fishing, tying flies, crocheting, and drifting.
Now at the age of 24 he is ready to embark on his true passion,
the world of barbeque.

Buster (member at large,
originator of buster's boiled nuts, a delicious treat for
any occasion)
Hailing from Lakeland, Florida, if you come to our tent,
Buster is the first person that you will see come up and say
"hello," Buster has never met a stranger. "He's got BBQ in his
blood, deep as a Polk County phosphate pit."

Scott (sergeant at arms)
Hailing from Pine Tree, Arkansas, Scott is the closest thing
to the ambassador of genuine Southern culture that you will
find.

Mark and Vince (safety
committee)
True Florida boys born and bred in Clermont, Florida. When all
those big time cooks are setting their electronic cookers and
going to bed, you will find Mark tending the fire on the big
offset, "the boy just don't sleep."

Ryan (Team
Steward)
Handles all internal team disputes when alcohol and sleep
deprivation have left the team devoid of any rational
thought. Ryan says, "they don't put the word 'eat' in meat for
nothing, you damn hippies."

Buckeye Bowman (member at
large)
After finding the ONE true redneck from Ohio, he was quickly
adopted into this team of Floridians, Buckeye is a true
connoisseur of fine shine and bbq, and his membership is
highly valued.
